Arbuscular mycorrhizal
morphotypes (AMM)
These WWW pages provide basic information about the properties
of the morphotypes of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMMs), as used in my
research projects. The morphotypes systems were developed separately for
three host plant species and they are separated in this description as
well. I am truly convinced that the "fine endophyte" (FE, including the
"T8") morphotype is comparable across all three host species, yet I keep
it separated here, till more information about this topic is obtained.
